Octopus in red wine with ILIADA Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh oregano

Ingredients:
  • 1 octopus 800-1000g
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml ILIADA Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20 ml ILIADA Red Vinegar
  • 100 ml red wine, sweet
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 pepper corns
  • 5 all spice corns
  • 1 medium onion cut in 4 pieces
  • 1 stick of fresh oregano
  • 16 pcs ILIADA Οrganic Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 2 big potatoes chopped in pieces
  • Salt & fresh pepper
