Delicious baked salmon with ILIADA’s Extra Virgin Olive oil flavoured with basil!
Ingredients (serves 2 people):
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with basil
- 1 Garlic
- Salt, Pepper and Thyme
- Place the salmon on a piece of foil.
- Add salt & pepper to taste, garlic and thyme.
- Sprinkle with ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with Basil and then close the foil.
- Preheat the oven to 1900C and bake for half an hour or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
- Open the foil, place the fillets on plates and sprinkle them with the juices.
